Yes, DROID does but Verizon will normally tell you it doesn't. Go to pda.net and look for the app for Android phones. Works great, I'm tethered right now and have been for about an hour just to see it work. The registered version cost about $28 but there is a limited free version that is fully functional for a short time period and then switches so that you can no longer connect to secure sites such as banks.
