It's only been a couple of days since he last posted.  I'm guessing he's away for the weekend.

Hut,
That is because he "accidentally" deleted himself.  Any posts made before the deletion will show him as a guest.

Howdy! I am still around. Me and Susan have been very busy trying to sell  two properties, and find a new house out in the country with a few acres. We have driven hundreds of miles in each direction looking for just the right place, no luck so far, but it has been VERY time consuming, and takes up most of our weekends.

Mark,

None of my business, but why do you and Susan want to spend your summers taking care of several acres of grass (mowing)?  Are you tired of camping during the summer?

My cousin, Lewis Simmons, had some rural properties in Butler for sale last fall.  He lives in Augusta and sold his real estate businness several years ago and is now a one man business.

Glenn, good question. We are really tired of living in the city and having neighbors, and being on top of each other. We are looking at a place between Benton, and Towanda right now. It has three acres. As far as mowing grass, we will just have to buy two LARGE mowers, and between the two of us, we can knock the mowing out in a fairly short time, I hope. As you know, Towanda is very close to El Dorado lake, so I suppose we will spend more time there.

With the wonderful neighbors that I now have, which is a total mess,  mowing grass is the least of my worries, and would actually be welcome, and a BIG plus in my favor.
