Here is a comparison excel spreadsheet file from Russ Herron, that looks at what is an option in the 2009 HitchHiker LS Models, and what is "Standard" in the Discover America Models.

Gary/Jeff,

Russ Herron just sent me the attachment showing features comparisons for 2009 HHLS vs 2009 HHDA models.  Note 2009 changes are shown in RED.

This is helpful to us as we try to decide between the various models.  Hopefully, it will be of interest to other members as well.

Gary/Jeff, maybe it would be best to setup a separate Catagory for HitchHiker LS Fifth Wheels and put this attachment in as a "sticky"??

I updated the original excel spreadsheet file, and changed the heading to include the year 2009 (see above).

Thanks Gary.  The only comment I have is that HitchHiker II is no more as of 2009, they are now known as HitchHiker LS.  Some people may be confused with the HHIILS title?   

Also, why not keep the previous HHII vs DA comparison for people looking at prior year models?

Once again, great idea.  I created a new Board Area called "HitchHiker LS Fifth Wheels", and copied this topic over to it.  I'll recreate the older comparisons and add the older spreadsheet back in the HHII area as well.
