I have been looking at the new Nikon Coolpix P-100 and wondering about picture quality.  A couple reviews I read downgraded the picture quality and others praised it.  Does anyone on the forum have any experience with the P-100 or the predecessor P-90?

Bill, I don't have a P-100, I do have an S630 and 4 other Nikon cameras and for what you will be doing, it will do a great job...   smiley

I don't remember what model our Coolpix is, but I beg you to get one with an actual viewfinder.  If you only have the screen, and there is any sunlight at all, you can't see anything on the screen.
