new low point drains

As part of the heater relocation, I had to relocate the low point drains and pump to this location, described further in my basement mod album. The relocated heater means much less water wasted waiting for hot water. I decreased the total length of water lines by about 25' with the move. The low point drains are now more conveniently located near all the rest of the water works.
